Welcome to CCTV Systems. This document contains two parts: Part A governs your use of our website, and Part B governs our professional installation and security services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Part A: WEBSITE USE TERMS
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
This website is operated by CCTV Systems. All content, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Wireless Camera Solutions LTD unless otherwise stated.
- All third-party trademarks and logos (e.g., Axis, Bosch, Ajax) are the property of their respective owners.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or "scrape" content from this site without our prior written consent.
2. Acceptable Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or servers.
- Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious code.
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable local or international laws.
3. Website Information & Errors
Information on this website is for general purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all details (including pricing or stock availability) are complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change information at any time without prior notice.
Part B: SERVICE & INSTALLATION TERMS
4. Scope of Services
CCTV Systems provides consultation, supply, installation, and maintenance of video surveillance and security equipment. Services are performed based on the formal quotation provided to the Client. Any work outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
5. Installation Conditions & Client Responsibilities
Installation timelines depend on site access, weather, and structural conditions. The Client is responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the property and necessary electrical infrastructure.
- Obtaining all required permits, building approvals, or condo board permissions.
- Informing technicians of all concealed wiring, plumbing, gas lines, or structural limitations.
Disclaimer: CCTV Systems is not liable for damage to undisclosed or incorrectly marked concealed utilities.
6. Privacy & Legal Compliance
- Local Laws: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that camera placement and recording comply with provincial and federal privacy laws (including PIPEDA).
- Data Privacy: CCTV Systems does not store or access your video footage unless specifically requested for technical support as part of a separate maintenance agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
CCTV Systems provides security equipment as a deterrent only. We do not guarantee the prevention of criminal activity. Under no circumstances shall Wireless Camera Solutions LTD be liable for:
- Theft, burglary, or loss of property/assets.
- Property damage resulting from undisclosed site hazards.
- Loss of data, business, or connectivity.
- Total Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service or equipment provided.
8. Equipment & Workmanship Warranty
- Equipment: Subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- Workmanship: We provide a limited warranty on installation labor as specified in your final invoice.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, lightning, vandalism, unauthorized third-party modifications, or "Acts of Nature."
9. Internet & Connectivity
For systems requiring remote mobile access, the Client must maintain a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The Client is responsible for maintaining the security of all system passwords and credentials
10. Payments, Taxes & Cancellations
10.1 Pricing and Additional Materials
All prices are based on the agreed quotation and scope of work at the time of acceptance. Additional charges may apply if extra materials or components are required during installation, including but not limited to conduits, wiring, junction boxes, mounting hardware, or other unforeseen site-related materials. Any such additional costs will be communicated to the client and added to the final invoice.
10.2 Taxes
All applicable taxes will be added to the total amount on the final invoice in accordance with Ontario and Canadian tax regulations.
10.3 Late Payments and Interest
Payment is due in full by the date specified on the invoice. Any amounts not paid by the due date will be subject to a late payment interest charge of 2% per month (26.82% effective annual rate) or as otherwise defined by the maximum allowable provincial limit.
10.4 Retention of Title (Ownership)
Until full and final payment is received and cleared, all equipment, hardware, and materials remain the sole property of Wireless Camera Solutions LTD. We reserve the right to remotely disable or reclaim equipment in the event of non-payment, subject to applicable laws.
10.5 Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of installation appointments.

- Deposits: Any deposits paid for custom equipment or specialized materials are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
